When encountering problems such as cylinder leakage, piston rod breakage, etc, the triple safety locks can be locked to prevent the bucket from falling and hitting people to ensure safe operation. TheโSemi-close evasive rigid spring safety lock structureโof JIANGTU automatic quick hitch coupler can effectively prevent the rigid movable mechanism from being touched and rusted by wind, sun, rain, and damage.
Lightweight design to save energy consumption: More compact structure design and optimized material make the overall product size smaller and lighter than the previous generation. This design can reduce the load of the excavator arm, reduce the loss of excavator power, and observably reduce fuel consumption.
Double layer sliding groove design, extending the service life by 3-5 times: The โMoving hookโ is a significant part of the automatic quick hitch coupler. JIANGTU specially adopts the double layer sliding groove design, makes the overall force more uniform, avoiding the concentration of force when it moving, and this design is more suitable for connecting heavy-duty attachments.
