The most important thing about the quick coupler is its safety structure. The manumatic quick coupler is composed of automatic and manual safety structure.
The automatic safety structure uses the latest developed reed safety technology. This technology uses a flexible insurance structure. By utilizing the ductility of reed, the impact on the moving components caused by the special position of the insurance structure during use is fully absorbed. This reduces the wear of the safety hook on the components and maximizes the strength of the safety and the service life of quick coupler.
The second safety is to manually insert the safety pin. The double safety design with CE Standards.
The above two safety designs can lock the attachment’s pin when oil cylinder leakage and piston rod breaks, preventing the attachment from falling and causing danger, ensuring the safety of the quick coupler.
