In the case of frequent replacement of excavator attachments, the operator can use the hydraulic quick coupler to quickly switch between the hydraulic breaker and the bucket. No need for manual insertion of bucket pins. Turning on the switch can be completed in ten seconds, saving time, effort, simplicity and convenience, which not only improves the excavator’s working efficiency, but also reduces the wear and tear of the excavator and the attachment caused by the replacement.

The operation steps are as follows:

1、Rise up the excavator’s arm and slowly grab the bucket pin with the fixed tiger mouth of the quick coupler. Switch status closed. (See image 1 & 2).

2、Open the switch when the fixed tiger mouth grabs the pin tightly (Buzzer alarming). Quick coupler cylinder withdraws back and at this time, lower the quick coupler movable tiger mouth to the bottom.

3、Close the switch (the buzzer stopping alarming) , the movable tiger mouth stretching out to grab the other bucket pin.

4、When it completely tops the pin, plug the safety pin. (Figure 5)

Jiangtu quick coupler has two types: manual quick coupler and hydraulic quick coupler. Hydraulic quick coupler is divided into three types: ordinary hydraulic coupler, double locking hydraulic quick coupler, and tilt quick coupler;

Manual quick coupler requires the operator to manually release the attachment with a wrench. For other types of hydraulic quick couplers. Press the button in the cab, and the coupler’s hook can hang the attachments’ pins. Ordinary hydraulic quick couplers require manual insertion of safety pins, but double-locking quick couplers are fully automatic.

Jiangtu hydraulic quick coupler is composed of main body, movable block, hydraulic cylinder, pins, hydraulic oil tubes, electric control system and other components. Jiangtu hydraulic quick couplers are equipped with control check valve, which has good performance, and safety use. The double-locking coupler adds a rear safety cylinder and a rear safety hook on the basis of the ordinary hydraulic quick coupler to achieve double safety guarantee.

The tilting quick coupler based on the hydraulic quick change and adds the function of left and right 180-degree tilting, which expands the working range of the machine. It could reverse buckets to allow the operator to excavate against walls and under pipes.
