2025 version tilt rotator is lighter in weight and smaller in size

During the product development process, we gradually optimized, especially the improvement of the pipeline. Every detail is carefully considered to make the product height lower, so as to avoid the loss of digging force of the excavator and increase fuel consumption.

The width has become narrower and is within the bucket width, so deep trenches can be dug without touching the motor. We have reduced the weight of JT-02 tilt rotator by more than 80 kilograms.

Added speed control function for rotation and tilt

Using the thumbwheel handle and imported proportional solenoid valve, the movement speed can be controlled. The excavator operator can speed up or slow down the speed of 360° rotation or tilt at will.

Triple insurance design, with higher safety factor

Based on the original fully automatic double lock safety, a third visual rear lock safety device has been added. This design with a higher safety factor is leading in the industry, complies with EU standards and has been applied for an invention patent.

Gripping force at the grab tip is increased and it has better synchronization

The tip of JT-02 tilt rotator gripper has a holding force of up to 300 kg, which increases the effective load-bearing capacity of the excavator. The gripper uses a mechanical connecting rod to control its synchronization, which is more reliable than a hydraulic synchronization valve. It can also easily clamp objects in narrow corners, and has a wide range of applications.
